Celebrate Mother’s Day a little early with something handmade and heartfelt.

Join us on Saturday, May 2nd from 3:30pm–5:00pm at HomeBody Goods Shop
📍 20497 Fraser Hwy, Langley, British Columbia

In this special seasonal workshop, you’ll paint your very own ceramic mug, a meaningful gift for your mum, or even a portrait-inspired keepsake.This class is perfect for all levels. No clay experience needed — just bring your creativity (and maybe a photo of your mum if you’d like to paint her portrait!).

You can choose to:
• Paint a floral or spring-inspired design
• Create a simple blue-and-white classic vintage look!
• Add handwritten messages
• Paint a portrait-style illustration of your mum (we’ll guide you!)

We’ll walk you through:
• Planning your design
• Using underglazes for painting
• Simple techniques for linework and shading
• Tips to make your mug personal and gift-ready

Your mug will be glazed and kiln-fired by our team and ready for pickup in approximately 3–4 weeks.

✨ Workshop guests will also receive light refreshments during the workshop.

All materials are included.

POLICY

There will be no refunds or rescheduling for this class.

If classes are cancelled or interrupted by a Public Health Order, refunds will not be available. We will rearrange the class within a reasonable time frame.

Student pots will be kept at the studio for only 6 months after the end date of the class, no later. It is the student’s responsibility to contact Ground Ceramic Studio if they are unable to pick up their pieces on the dates provided by their instructor, no exceptions. 

Please note that class are only for age 16 or above
